Cocky young street kid worships his father, a sleazy political operative.

A gang of poverty-ridden juvenile delinquents progress from petty theft to hard crime, but a kindly judge manages to set most of them on the right path after they are finally apprehended.

Hoodlum Tommy Shay is sentenced to die for the murder of Police Lieutenant Carson, although Tommy was in a poker game at the time with a man calling himself "Denver" Collins. Collins has disappeared, and perjured evidence leads to Tommy's conviction. Tommy's younger brother Danny and his gang of alley kids,"The Little Tough Guys"--- "Sailor", "Murphy", "Monk", "Trouble" and "Yap"---scheme to save Tommy from the electric chair. Police Lieutenant John Lewis, who arrested Tommy, believes he is innocent and goes to the District Attorney and tries so insistently to have the case reopened that he is demoted to a patrolman in the sticks. Bob Lewis, John's son, a radio bug with detective ambitions, starts out on his own to solve the crime and help his father. Searching for Collins, Bob meets Danny and the Little Tough Guys and they join forces.

A divorcée struggling to make ends meet, but still utilizing her spare time for social causes neglects her daughter in this fact-based story. At 18, the daughter starts drifting into bad company and eventually becomes a prostitute. To try to get her back in a proper life, her mother abducts her off the street and forcibly brings her home.

When an airborne virus infects a small town turning it's locals into starved cannibals a street cop, Nurse and two tough girls try to survive the night as they figure out what the hell is going on.

Las calles could be regarded as a film about words, about describing and naming, about secrets and confessions, and about language as the matter of memory. In a dialogue between generations, young people are responsible for elaborating the question, and School is the place that tries to come up with a technique for it. In turn, the elderly answer through their stories, which are basically the story of the town. And like the word –which is always a fiction– builds a reality, the film sustains its tone on that intermediate area in which a fictional setting provides the conditions for the pure documentary genre to mark the pace and reach out to people.

The series begins with Benny Chung in his youth being initiated into “The Streets“. This leads him to a life dedicated to his new found family until he is left with no choice but to blend back into normal society. This prompts Benny to begin a new lifestyle where he supports his younger brother Matty in hopes he can live a normal life. Life is good, but Benny knows in his world all good things come to an end. There is a war brewing in the streets of New York City and Benny Chung must come to terms with his Dai Lo (Boss), his long time associate Paul Wu and his rivalry within the family to face another rising power that threatens their survival.

Undercover cops Wreade & Grozzo (Beck & Orbach) are searching for the identity of a gang leader who is selling handguns to people for their self protection. Unfortunately the guns are lethal to those who use them
